Hi Quinn,
Did you open an "official" case with eBay against the seller? Their protection policy covers qualified transactions paid through approved payment methods (one of them being PayPal), but it must be opened within 45 days of the transaction. You can open a case by logging into your account and clicking on "Resolution Center" or using this link: http://resolutioncenter.ebay.com/
Good luck!

Quinn,
Was the seller FreshUniversityLaundry, heavenlyexpress2010 or was it a private party?
Let me know so I may further assist you.

I'm not sure if I correctly replied to the questions so I will reply here again.
Erin, Thank you. Yes, I filed an official complaint to Ebay but I never received an answer. I filed a complaint with Paypal today and they responded that they will investigate.
Mari, Thank you for responding. Paypal sent the payment to "Fresh University Laundry". However, the seller's Ebay name is "heavenlyexpress2010".

Quinn,
The investigation process on PayPal's part may take up to 60 days. If you run into any problems, please let me know.

Quinn,
It sounds like it was a transaction with a private party. I would await PayPal's results of their investigation. Hopefully they will be able to get your money back.
